WE ARE DELIGHTED TO BE REOPENING OUR GARDEN FROM MONDAY 12TH APRIL.
Please note that our standard door policies remain in place. The Oak is exclusively an over-18's venue and we are unable to accommodate children. We operate a no work-clothing dress policy, so smart casual attire is recommended.
HOW BIG CAN MY PARTY BE?
The current maximum table size we can accommodate is for six guests.
Please note that we are unable to seat multiple tables together for guests from the same group to sit next to each other. Increased distance between tables and screen dividers make conversations between tables impossible, which may present situations where tables break social distancing rules to be able to chat. This then puts us in a difficult situation to keep all other customers and staff safe.
Any multiple bookings made in the same name will be contacted and unfortunately cancelled.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY AT MY TABLE?
Bookings are for a maximum of two hours.
Your time on the table can be extended at the discretion of the management if your table is not being reused after your booking. However with limited capacity and a high level of demand there is a limit of one booking per person, back-to-back bookings will be contacted and unfortunately cancelled.
CAN I COME JUST FOR DRINKS OR DO I HAVE TO EAT A MEAL?
Updated guidance from the government no longer requires alcohol to be ordered alongside a ‘substantial meal’ so you are welcome to come just for drinks.
Food will be available however, as we are pleased to be teaming up with our partner business Street. When enjoying your drinks you'll have the option of ordering food from the new Street in the Garden menu, featuring a selection of favourites from their smoke, grill & burger menu, everyday from 12noon.
IF I HAVEN’T BOOKED CAN I JUST TURN UP?
Booking in advance is strongly advised at all times but not exclusively required, and we will be doing our best to accommodate any walk-ins that we can.
To combat the possibility of ‘no-shows’ we are holding back a proportion of our tables for walk-ins, so even if our diary looks full and you are unable to book in online please feel free to pop in to see if we have any of these tables available.
